Jordan Poole scored 36 points for the Warriors as they destroyed the San Antonio Spurs. The Atlanta Hawks had five players in double figures and as a result outlasted the defending NBA champs. Giannis had 27 in the loss for the Bucks. Dalano Banton dropped 27 in a victory for the Raptors over the Pistons. The Raps improved to 8 – 7 on the year. The Hornets picked up their fourth win of the season after beating the Orlando Magic. Mason Plumlee had a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Hornets. The LA Clippers improved to 8 – 6 after they ran away from the Houston Rockets. Paul George led the Clippers with 24.
