The EFH Shooting Sessions continued this week at Stowe Elementary School. With a few new players in the gym we continued to build on the importance of establishing a shooting routine and keeping your shot form consistently correct every time a player takes the floor. Players pushed themselves to ‘go fast…but not too fast,’ as they built on correct form through repetitions, they increased their pace to prepare them for game speed!
