CJ McCollum stepped up for the Pelicans in a 126 – 117 win over the Spurs. The Pelicans improved to 19 -12 and broke their four game losing streak in the process. In the second game of the night in the NBA Utah outlasted the Wizards 120 – 112. Brad Beal dropped 30 in the loss for the Wiz while Jordan Clarkson and Malik Beasley combined for 48 to pace the Jazz. The Jazz improved to 19 – 16 and the Wizards fell to 12 – 21.
