The Knicks ground out a win over the Cavs 92 – 81 led by Julius Randle’s 18 points. AD was unstoppable in a 130 – 119 win over the Wizards with 55 points and 17 boards. The Lakers are 10 – 12. The Kings improve to 13 – 9 after a total team win over the Bulls. Zach Lavine dropped 41 in the loss for the Bulls. Jerami Grant’s 28 paced the Blazers to a 116 – 100 win over the Pacers.
Jose Alvarado led the charge for the Pelicans with 38 points in a 121 – 106 handling of the Nuggets. Nikola Jokic nearly had a triple double in the loss with 32 – 16 – 9 . Deandre Ayton led the Suns with 25 and 10 in a win over the Spurs who fell to 6 – 18. The Suns improved to 16 -7.
