The Mavs and Luka could not keep up with Giannis and the Bucks, eventually losing 124 – 115. The win brought the Bucks to 14 – 5 while the Mavs slip to 9 – 10. Giannis had 30 and 11 for the Bucks. Luka tallied 27 and 12 in the loss.
Steph Curry, Jordan Poole and Clay Thompson combined to score 70 points for the Warriors in their smack down of the T Wolves 137 – 114. Ja Morant notched a triple double with 27 points 14 boards and 10 dimes to help the Grizzlies past the Knicks. The Griz improved to 12 – 8 and the Knicks fell to 9 – 11. Bam Adebayo led the Heat with 32 in their 106 – 98 win over the Hawks. The Heat are 10 -11 and the Hawks are 11 – 9.
The Nets are approaching .500 after their 111 – 97 win over Portland. KD went for 31, a game high, to lead the Nets to their 10th win of the year. Seth Curry chipped in with 29 for the Nets and Kyrie had 22. The Clippers improved to 12 – 9 behind a massive night from Ivica Zubac who had 31 points and 29 rebounds in the Clippers’ win over the Pacers who fell to 11 – 8. The Cavs finally ran away from the Pistons thanks to a game high 32 from Donovan Mitchell. The Cavs are now 13 – 7 after the win. Detroit falls to 5 – 17. The Sixers pounded the Magic 133 – 133. Shake Milton led the Sixers with 29. The Sixers are 10 – 9 while the Magic sit at 5 – 15.
